How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your subscription by logging into the website primewomenplate.com . Click on the dropdown menu beside your name in the upper right corner. Select Account Settings. Cancel Subscription is on the right-hand side.

When is my next billing date?

Your next billing date will be displayed under your PLATE by Prime Women subscription on your phone.

I can’t remember my username/password/email address.

1. Your username is the e-mail address you used to register.

2. If you don’t know your password, go to the login page and select “Forgot Password” and provide your Username. Once entered, a password reset email will be sent to you from noreply@primewomenplate.com

Can I follow the Prime Women PLATE program if I’m on medication?

If you’re taking medication or have a medical condition, you are strongly encouraged to take the plan to your physician or dietitian for review.

How can I track my progress?

You can click on the daily tracker tab and it will have your progress and results.

Will other women in the program be able to see my Profile Settings?

No, your information is private. Only you and app administrators will be able to view.

Who do I contact if I have any other issues?

Is PLATE suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, there are PLATE meal examples and recipes for both vegetarians and vegans.
