It’s a dash of flavor that breaks up the monotony of endless cups of water, tea, or unsweetened coffee. But does it break your fast?
The answer is no. Because lemon juice only has a couple of calories, it’s safe to add small amounts to your glass of water. Just use common sense and don’t go overboard. A little can go a long way, and a lot will break your fast.
