Does Creatine Break a Fast?

If you’re planning to partake in a fast, though, you may wonder if you can incorporate both without breaking your fast. In short, creatine is unlikely to break you fast because it doesn’t have any calories. Thus, it shouldn’t affect your blood sugar levels and cause your insulin to spike.
